The new-look digital agency is partnering with world-leading streaming platforms to help brands connect with audiences through a wide range of exciting advertising solutions
Mapp Media has rebranded as AudioPlus – with the mobile-first agency embracing its new role as a major force in the audio advertising space.
The company – which has delivered advertising strategies across Europe for eight years – is refocusing from September 2021, embarking on a new chapter specialising in solutions across audio content including streaming, podcasts, radio and text-to-speech. AudioPlus offers custom, integrated solutions for clients with the platforms & the talent that use them, as well as audio, video & display formats.
Having previously collaborated on campaigns for MapMyFitness, MyFitnessPal, Tunein, Waze, Flipboard, Musical.ly and Wattpad, AudioPlus is now working with more big players in the streaming world.
AudioPlus’ rebrand is reflective of current trends, with the UK digital audio market increasing 17% year-on-year to a staggering £103.7 million (according to IAB UK’s 2020 Digital Adspend report).
The rebrand has also seen the company move into fresh UK office space in Farringdon, London – where the team of audio experts continue to support brands such as Apple, Adidas & McDonalds, to connect with audiences through Audio platforms.
The team operate across the UK, France and Netherlands and there are plans for further expansion throughout Europe in 2022.
AudioPlus founder Nathan Warner said: “When we launched as mobile-first back in 2013 we were one of only a few, with mobile still emerging.
“However, it did not take long for mobile to become the leading channel for buyers and we were in position to offer brands some of the most innovative and engaging solutions available.
“Our partnerships with world leading platforms always enabled us to bring something unique and exciting to brands and we continue to offer the same expertise and approach today through our audio platforms.”
