Caremark Bromley Wins Two National Home Care Awards
Caremark Bromley, a leading provider of home care, has won two prestigious awards at the 2025 Caremark Franchise Awards – Marketing Excellence and Care Manager of the Year, awarded to Registered Care Manager Rosemarie Duncan. The awards were presented at Caremark’s annual conference, where 134 offices competed for top honours.
These latest accolades follow Caremark Bromley’s 2024 success when it won Large Business of the Year and triumphed at the Stars of Social Care Awards. Heading into 2025, the business continues to be recognised for its excellence – both in innovative marketing, led by franchise owner Sharon Dhillon, and in outstanding care leadership, demonstrated by Rosemarie Duncan.
Joint CEO David Glover praised the team’s achievements:
“Congratulations to Sharon and the Caremark Bromley team, and to Rosemarie for winning these highly sought-after national titles.”
On Rosemarie Duncan’s Care Manager of the Year award, he added:
“Rosemarie has stood out among the nation’s best to win this prestigious title. She is the heartbeat of Caremark Bromley, overseeing all aspects of care for over 150 customers, ensuring exceptional standards and personalised care plans while nurturing a dedicated and motivated team. Her passion, leadership, and commitment to both her staff and customers make her truly deserving of this award.”
Emma Scholes, Caremark’s Director of Marketing, highlighted the significance of the Marketing Excellence Award:
“Choosing a home care provider is a major decision, influenced by comparisons, research, and reviews – all of which are shaped by marketing. Sharon Dhillon and her team have worked tirelessly on their marketing strategy, and their dedication has shone through, earning them this well-deserved award.”
She continued:
“Sharon and her team go beyond ticking off tasks – they actively enhance our national campaign and elevate every aspect of marketing, from their website and social media to community engagement, training, and award participation. Their efforts have significantly contributed to the growth of the business. A fantastic achievement – well done!”
David Glover concluded:
“The Caremark Bromley team are true ambassadors for our franchise. They effectively use their marketing platforms while upholding our core values – to enhance lives and enable customers to live as independently as possible.
“As a franchise network, we have provided over 6.7 million hours of home care this year, continuously improving our services to make a meaningful impact in communities nationwide. Successes like this reflect the passion and dedication of the team at Caremark Bromley, who play a key role in our collective growth and in enriching the lives of those we care for.”
