The Head & Neck Cancer Foundation (HNCF) is thrilled to announce its third annual fundraiser will take place on Saturday 11th November at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire. The illustrious Mimi Harker OBE, Buckinghamshire Councillor, esteemed campaigner, and philanthropist will host the evening. The theme for this year’s event is Mardi Gras. Guests are encouraged to be daring and vibrant with their outfits; masks, headdresses, crowns, tiaras, hats, and wigs are all most welcome!

Tickets for this prestigious event include dinner, drinks, and world-class entertainment. An impressive live seven-piece band is set to keep everyone on their feet until the midnight hour. The evening promises mystery, elegance, and the opportunity to make a significant impact in the fight against head and neck cancers. There will also be a silent auction, raffle, games, interactive photo booth, an award-winning magician, goody bags and prizes for the best Mardi Gras headwear.

Tickets are available NOW priced at £89 per person or £890 for a table of twelve guests. Buy tickets now securely from the charity’s website.

Attendees can enjoy a preferential rate (15% off) via the link here at The Crowne Plaza when booking rooms for the night of the ball. The discount is applied at checkout. Card details are requested to guarantee the booking and payment will be taken at check-in.

Michelle Vickers, CEO at HNCF, comments: “Head and neck cancers can touch anyone. They are fast and destructive tumours. Our mission is dual-pronged. Firstly, we are committed to driving innovation in new technologies for this specialised area of oncology. Second, we aim to elevate mainstream awareness of these cancers. Early diagnosis can improve survival rates by up to a staggering 90%. This year’s ball promises to be bigger and better than ever before, and we are immensely grateful to Mimi Harker OBE for hosting.”

Buckinghamshire Councillor Mimi Harker OBE says: “The Head & Neck Cancer Foundation wishes to thank its supporters and invites you to join us for a memorable Mardi Gras event promising an unforgettable evening of glamour, colour, and mystery. Participation will go a long way in helping to improve clinical outcomes for those people who are affected by these aggressive cancers. Who is behind the mask?”
