Barratt London recently hosted an outdoor fitness class for residents at its Hayes Village development in association with F45 Training. The class was designed to provide a functional full-body workout improving energy levels, metabolic rate, strength and endurance.
Attendees were also treated to a pop-up smoothie stall, and the chance to win 20 free classes at F45 Chiswick Park.
