Simon Scott, Assistant Director Commercial & Property Marketing at Origin Housing, has been awarded the much coveted Editor’s Special Award for Services to the Industry at the First Time Buyer Readers’ Awards 2020.
Recognised by Editor Lynda Clark and a panel of expert judges, for consistently delivering exceptional services to first time buyers for over 30 years, Simon is an advocate for buyers, and believes in Origin Housing’s socially minded roots.

This year’s prestigious awards took place via an online ceremony on Friday 23rd October, and showcased the best in the first time buyer sector. The ceremony took place with leading members of the property industry attending online, as television duo Jonnie Irwin and Nicki Chapman presented the awards. The 11th annual awards featured 19 different categories, culminating in the final Editor’s Special Award for Services to the Industry.
