The evolution of Gig: GreenMo partners with advertising platform Ad-MOTO to revolutionise the last mile delivery industry

GreenMo partners with Ad-MOTO to save the food, Q-commerce and last mile parcel delivery industry with on-the-go outdoor advertising

GreenMo has announced its partnership with Ad-MOTO to provide geolocated outdoor advertising and boost revenue for the food, Q-commerce and last mile parcel delivery industry. Ad-MOTO is combining their patented digital Ad-Box with GreenMo’s all-electric moped and motorcycle fleet to provide on-the-go advertising to boost revenue in the last mile delivery industry.

The collaboration between GreenMo and Ad-MOTO provides a new avenue for local and national advertisers to target consumers anywhere within 10 metres. New sophisticated technology installed within the Ad-MOTO Ad-Box allows advertisers to track their adverts in real-time and update them remotely with Ad-MOTO’s bespoke built customer dashboard where they can also review campaign impression distribution via a heat-map.

Ad-MOTO’s Ad-Box consists of three high-impact digital screens onboard electric delivery vehicles supplied by GreenMo. GreenMo is part of the Go Green Group, the world’s largest provider of managed electric two-wheel vehicles, deploying over 35,000 electric vehicles and managing hundreds of fleets, using leading technology to protect businesses, employees and the environment.

The scheme was launched initially in June 2022 in London, with 10 vehicles currently installed with an Ad-BOX each. GreenMo and Ad-MOTO are aiming to install 1000 Ad-Boxes in London by the end of 2022 with the vision to then extend the scheme into more cities across the UK.

GreenMo hopes to boost investment into the last mile delivery sector by collaborating with Ad-MOTO to create this additional revenue stream with the aim to provide better fleet management and substantial well-maintained fleet welfare facilities.

Commenting on the news Richard Jordan, UK CEO at Super Soco and GreenMo said: “This is the next logical step for the delivery industry. Authorities and companies want a safer working environment for riders and sustainable vehicles. But, there is not enough revenue in the delivery ecosystem for that to happen.  This leads to a lowest-common-denominator approach across the gig economy using polluting, unsafe petrol vehicles.  Ad-MOTO is the answer. Combining advertising with bikes is a way to provide increased revenue to the industry, leading to safer riders and improved fleet maintenance.”
