The George Staples, has re-opened following a £300,000 investment.
Offering a welcoming and relaxed environment in which to spend time with friends and loved-ones, the pub has opened with a brand-new menu featuring an extended selection of veggie and vegan specials, as well as burgers, kid’s meals and much more, served until 9pm. For those seeking a tipple there are over 34 gins and a range of local craft ales to choose from, in addition to an already extensive wine list and soft drink selection.
A host of special weekly offers will ensure the pub continues to provide well-priced food and drink, with discounted big plates on ‘Monday Club’; burgers and a choice of drink on Tuesdays; pie and a pint on Wednesdays; a grilled dish and a drink on quiz night Thursdays; any classic dish and a drink on Fridays, all from £5.99; and five pick ‘n’ mix dishes for Saturday Shares for £9.49.
