Ahead of World Martini Day on 19^th June, Isle of Barra Distillers is delighted to share the Isle of Barra Distillers Martini Cocktail Recipe.

Barra Atlantic gin’s main botanical is carrageen seaweed, collected wild, and sustainably, from the shores surrounding the island, creating a pleasing, bold flavour and rich in maritime notes, with a huge, mentholic lean and a pinch of salty air.

Cocktail Recipe:

105ml Barra Atlantic Gin (3 shots)

20ml – 35ml Vermouth (1/2 to 1 shot)

Green Olive

Serve shaken or stirred.
