Macrosoft Expands Quadient Partner Programme to Support United Kingdom and European Market

Quadient, the award-winning leader in Customer Communications Management (CCM), announced today that Macrosoft Inc., a company that delivers full lifecycle solutions to software development projects, has become an Experience partner to support UK and European markets. This builds on a successful global partnership, with Macrosoft using Quadient Inspire as its exclusive CCM solution since 2019.

Building on its years of experience implementing, migrating and licensing Quadient Inspire, the expanded partnership will see Macrosoft help organisations to take advantage of the platform’s ability to consolidate a plethora of legacy platforms into a single CCM. Macrosoft will introduce existing Quadient customers to the full product suite, so they can take full advantage of all the modules and capabilities that are available. Macrosoft provides overflow support for businesses that experience peaks and troughs in customer engagement.

Macrosoft has more than 125 certified professionals with more than 600 certifications. The expanded partnership will enable Quadient and Macrosoft to together deliver high-quality complex solutions for clients, including those in healthcare, insurance, financial, and print industries.

Quadient Inspire provides clients the ability to develop secure omnichannel communications quickly and easily. With Quadient Inspire, organisations can:

  • Add dynamic communications capabilities to traditional communications
  • Connect easily to any third-party tools and data sources
  • Create a responsive, interactive, and regulatory compliant mobile experience
  • Reduce the complexity of template management
  • Streamline processes, reduce costs, and achieve greater agility

Quadient’s Partner Programme is split into two types of partners: Experience Partners and Technology Partners. Its Experience Partners are leading system integrators, management consulting organisations and resellers of Quadient solutions. Meanwhile the Technology Partners are independent software vendors whose product offerings integrate with Quadient’s product suite to offer a superior solution to customers.

“We’re looking forward to growing globally with Quadient,” said G. N. Shah, CEO of Macrosoft. “At Macrosoft, we’re not generalists – we wanted to specialise in a single technology, and Quadient was a natural choice for us. Quadient is consistently rated highly in the Aspire Leaderboard, and offers a great product roadmap, including cloud, journey mapping, customer experience, and omnichannel. We recognised that these capabilities are all crucial to CCM, today and in years to come.”

“We now have the potential to harness our strong international team of Quadient-certified professionals, enabling customers to achieve business growth and lower total cost of ownership. By taking advantage of the latest Inspire feature set, our customers can stay ahead of the curve.”

“We are thrilled to partner with Macrosoft in our local market,” said Peter Chalkley, Partner Manager UK&I CXM, Quadient. “With the cost-of-living crisis at an all-time high and energy bills rising rapidly, Customer Experience Management (CXM) is more important than ever. To provide useful communications at a time when customers need more than ever to be kept in the loop, and to retain customers at a time when they’re more likely to abandon your business, customer communication and experience strategies are key.”

“By taking our existing partnership to the next level, we can augment and extend Quadient’s offerings, allowing our clients to optimise their CCM.”
